Greenbrier Costco: what is approved so far
A dated Costco permit decision, proposed city offices in Great Bridge and a free fall park activity.
FOLLOWING THE STORY | JUNE 16 DECISION
Following the story: Costco's fuel and service permit
If the Greenbrier Costco plans brought you here, here is one confirmed step: on June 16, City Council approved a conditional use permit, with stipulations, for a fuel station and vehicle service center associated with the proposed Costco at 1401 Greenbrier Parkway and 1712 Ring Road. This is a June decision, not a new October approval. We have not verified a current opening date.
What to do: Read the official minutes for the permit's scope. We are following the story alongside other local places and city changes.
